SAN CLEMENTE, CA. -  [ Photo Caption ] This photo came together one evening when I was hanging with Herbie Fletcher at Trestles. We noticed the wind died and the surf looked fun. Rehabbing from back surgery, this was one of his first sessions back. In classic Herbie form, he put on a slide-slip clinic and it instantly became one of my favorite images."
